考虑可靠性及经济性的港机设备预防性维护策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决港机设备因维护计划制定不合理造成资源浪费、维护成本增加等问题,考虑到设备运行过程中的可靠性及维护成本经济性要求,建立了一种港机设备部件的单个更换周期的预防性维护策略优化模型,决策出设备最佳预防性更换时机。引入混合式调整因子对港机设备进行役龄分析,以设备在单个更换周期内的总维修成本最小为目标函数,可靠性和生产任务需求为约束条件建立优化模型。并以某港机设备岸桥为例,通过构建预防性维护策略优化模型生成维护计划,再与等周期的维护计划进行对比。结果表明,该方法可以得到经济有效的预防性维护计划,既能有效保证设备运行的可靠性、降低维护成本,又能最大化地发挥设备的使用价值。 In order to solve the problems of resource waste and maintenance cost increase caused by unreasonable maintenance plan formulation of port machinery equipment,considering the reliability and maintenance cost economy requirements in the process of equipment operation,a preventive maintenance plan formulation method for single replacement cycle was proposed,and the optimal preventive replacement time of equipment was determined.The hybrid adjustment factor was introduced to analyze the service life of port machinery equipment.The maintenance model was established with the minimum total maintenance cost of equipment in a single replacement cycle as the objective function and the reliability and production task requirements as constraints.Taking a port machine equipment as an example,the maintenance plan was generated by constructing the maintenance model,and then compared with the equal cycle maintenance plan.The results show that this method can obtain an economic and effective preventive maintenance plan,which can effectively ensure the reliability of equipment operation,reduce maintenance costs,and maximize the use value of equipment.
