摘要
为满足夏季平菇生产对高温型抗病菌种的需求,研究选择平菇菌株科佳1号和江都71作为亲本进行高温型平菇的新品种选育。采用单单杂交的方式,将2亲本菌株孢子两两配对杂交,共获得154个组合,其中22个可亲和组合;高温栽培试验结果表明,8个组合可在33℃以上出菇;结合不同温度菌丝生长速度、酶活力和抗木霉特性,确定了2个耐高温抗病的平菇新品种PZ1和PZ7,并进行亲缘关系鉴定。选育出具有抗霉菌等杂菌污染、优质、高产的高温型平菇菌种,降低了平菇在夏季高温时期的生产风险,提高了夏季平菇生产的经济效益。
In order to meet the demand for high temperature and disease resistant spwan of Pleurotus ostreatus in summer production,P.ostreatus strains Kejia 1 and Jiangdu 71 were selected as parents for breeding new varieties of P.ostreatus.Using a one-to-one cross breeding method,the spores of the two parent strains were hybridized in pairs,and a total of 154 combinations were obtained.Among the 154 cross combinations,22 compatible combinations were confirmed.The results of high-temperature cultivation test showed that 8 of the combinations can fruiting above 33℃.Combined with different temperature mycelial growth rate,enzyme activity and the ability of resistance to Trichoderma spp.,two new varieties of P.ostreatus PZ1 and PZ7,which are resistant to high temperature and disease,were identified,and their genetic relationship was identified.High-temperature P.ostreatus strains with resistance to mold and other miscellaneous bacterial contamination,high quality and high yield are selected,which reduces the production risk of P.ostreatus in the high temperature period in summer and improves the economic benefits of P.ostreatus production in summer.
