不同添加量的杏鲍菇菌渣栽培秀珍菇的试验 被引量:5

摘要 利用工厂化生产的杏鲍菇菌渣部分替代木屑,试验其对秀珍菇生长发育、产量和收益的影响。结果表明,添加杏鲍菇菌渣栽培秀珍菇时,随着杏鲍菇菌渣添加量增加,菌丝满袋时间推迟,菌盖颜色逐渐变浅,菌盖和菌柄的硬度降低,原材料成本降低,但秀珍菇产量和生物学效率显著提高;当杏鲍菇菌渣添加比例为60%时秀珍菇产量最高,生产收益最高,蛋白质和氨基酸的含量较未添加杏鲍菇菌渣的配方显著增加。杏鲍菇菌渣60%、木屑20%、麦麸18%、碳酸钙1%、白砂糖1%为工厂化杏鲍菇菌渣栽培秀珍菇的最适配方。 The spent substrate from the industrial production of Pleurotus eryngii was used to cultivate Pleurotus geesteranus as a partial replacement for sawdust,and its effect on the growth,yield,and income of P.geesteranus were tested.The results showed that,with the increase of the amount of P.eryngii residues,the bag filling time of mycelium was delayed,the color of the caps gradually became lighter,the hardness of the caps and stalks decreased,and the cost of raw materials was reduced,while the yield and biological efficiency of P.geesteranus were significantly improved.When the addition ratio of P.eryngii residue was 60%,the yield of P.geesteranus was the highest,the production profit was the highest,and the contents of protein and amino acids were significantly higher than those without P.eryngii residue.The results indicated that 60%residue of P.eryngii,20%of sawdust,18%of wheat bran,1%of calcium carbonate,and 1%of sugar is the most suitable formula for the cultivation of P.geesteranus.
