摘要
对采集到的野生大型真菌子实体进行形态学及rDNA-ITS鉴定,并研究其小鼠急性经口毒性。结合子实体形态学特征和ITS序列分析结果,该野生子实体鉴定为粉褶白环蘑(Leucoagaricus leucothites);其鲜品和干品均为实际无毒级别。研究结果为粉褶白环蘑的快速识别及食用安全性提供了科学依据。
Morphology and rDNA-ITS identification of the fruit body of wild macrofungus were taber,and its acute oral toxicity in mice was studied.Combined with the morphological characteristics of the fruit body and the results of ITS sequence analysis,the wild fruit body was identified as Leucoagaricus leucothites.The fresh and dried samples were actually non-toxic.The result provided a scientific basis for the rapid identification and edible safety of L.leucothites.
