摘要
金耳相关研究起步较晚,其栽培方式与传统食用菌的栽培有较大差别,栽培技术仍不成熟,存在诸多问题阻碍金耳代料栽培技术的推广。通过总结金耳栽培过程中出现的菌种老化、转色不充分、污染率高等常见问题,深入分析原因并探讨解决对策,以期为广大金耳栽培从业者提供参考。
The researches on Naematelia aurantialba started late,and its cultivation method was quite different from traditional method.The cultivation technology was still immature,and there are still many problems that hinder the large-scale promotion of N.aurantialba substitute cultivation.The common problems,such as spawn aging,inferior color change and high pollution rate,and diseases of N.aurantialba were summarized.The causes of the problem and solutions were analyzed for providing a reference for the majority of N.aurantialba cultivation practitioners.
