摘要
新型城镇化建设的核心在于人的城镇化、实现人的转型,并最终指向个体的城乡文化认同整合。基于我国某一流学科建设高校1 013名农村籍大学生的调查数据,探讨了农村籍大学生的社会资本对双文化认同整合水平的影响。结果发现:农村籍大学生的社会资本对双文化认同整合水平具有正向的预测作用;农村嵌合在维持型社会资本与双文化认同整合水平间存在完全中介作用;学校归属感与农村嵌合在桥接型社会资本、黏结型社会资本与双文化认同整合水平间存在链式中介作用;桥接型社会资本可以直接作用于双文化认同整合水平;排除大学学段,农村籍大学生进城时所处的学段越低,在学校归属感与农村嵌合之间的正向干扰作用越大。因此,学校应当着力搭建异质平台,以“弱关系”为纽带,加强校园归属感建设,鼓励农村籍大学生重拾乡土文化自信,以“和而不同”的生命之姿去面对城市生活的压力与挑战。
The core of the new urbanization construction lies in the urbanization of people and the realization of people’s transformation, and ultimately the integration of individuals’ urban and rural cultural identities.Based on the survey data of 1 013 undergraduate students with rural hukou from a First-Class discipline construction university, this paper explores the impact of social capital on bicultural identity integration among the students.The study found that the social capital of rural-hukou students had a positive predictive effect on the level of bicultural identity integration.Rural chimerism had a complete mediating effect between the maintained social capital and bicultural identity integration.The sense of school belonging and rural chimerism played a chain mediating role between bridging social capital, bonding social capital and bicultural identity integration.Bridging social capital could directly affect bicultural identity integration.Excluding the university period, the lower the school segment of rural-hukou students upon entrance of the city, the greater the positive interference between the sense of school belonging and rural chimerism.Thus, universities should focus on building heterogeneous platforms, taking “weak relationships” as a link to strengthen the construction of a sense of belonging on campus, encourage rural-hukou students to regain their rural cultural confidence and face the pressure and challenges of urban life with a positive attitude.
