基于“中国制造2025”中职学校人才培养的策略研究

Research on Talent Training Strategy of Secondary Vocational Institutes Based on"Made in China 2025"

在“中国制造2025”的大背景下,现代企业对于创新型技能专业人才的需求范围不断扩大。本文分析了中职学校在人才培养方面存在的问题,针对市场人才需求给出了人才培养的改革方案:主要包括优化人才培养方案、建设实训基地、提升教师职业素养和技能水平、加强校企合作、以技能大赛为抓手提升技能人才创新能力培养的方法和策略。

Under the background of"Made in China 2025",modern enterprises have an ever-expanding demand for innovative skilled professionals.This paper analyzed the problems existing in talent training of secondary vocational institutes,and put forward a reform plan for talent training according to market demand for talents,mainly including the methods and strategies of optimizing talent training programs,building training bases,improving teachers’professional quality and skill level,strengthening institute-enterprise cooperation,and taking skill competition as the starting point to improve the cultivation of innovative ability of skilled talents.
