关于中职学校预算项目库及其信息化建设的研究

Research on the Budget Project Library of Secondary Vocational Institutes and the Construction of Its Informatization

随着国家财政对职业教育的拨款逐步增加,对职业院校治理能力、财务管理水平、资金使用效益都提出了更高的要求,建设预算项目库,可以较大程度地规范和加强中职学校预算项目和预算资金的统筹管理,加强项目执行的计划性,从而实现项目绩效目标,提高资金使用效益。本文主要针对中职学校预算项目库信息化建设进行详细探讨和论述。

With the gradual increase of national financial appropriation for vocational education,higher requirements have been put forward for the governance capacity,financial management level,and fund application efficiency of vocational institutes.The construction of a budget project library can standardize and strengthen the overall management of budget projects and budget funds in secondary vocational institutes to a greater extent,and strengthen the planning of project execution,so as to achieve the project performance goals and improve the efficiency of fund application.This paper mainly discussed and expounded in detail the informatization construction of the budget project library in secondary vocational institutes.
