基于职业需求的高职现代物流管理专业人才培养实践研究

Research on Training Practice of Modern Logistics Management Professionals in Higher Vocational Institutes based on Occupational Demand

本文通过调研分析掌握物流企业的用人需求,了解高职院校现代物流管理专业人才培养的现状,找到人才供需之间的矛盾点,提出基于职业需求的高职现代物流管理专业人才培养的新思路,从而实现高职院校人才的输出与企业及社会发展需求保持一致,提高现代教育教学的人才质量,为社会主义建设输入更多优质人才。

Through investigation and research,this paper grasped the employment demand of logistics enterprises,understood the current situation of modern logistics management professional talent training in higher vocational institutes,found the contradiction between talent supply and demand,and put forward new ideas of modern logistics management professional talent training in higher vocational institutes based on occupational demand.In this way,the output of talents in higher vocational institutes can be consistent with the demand of enterprises and social development,the quality of talents in modern education and teaching can be improved,and more high-quality talents can be imported for socialist construction.
