人工智能背景下高职院校管理会计人才的培养研究

Research on the Training of Management Accounting Talents in Higher Vocational Institutes under the Background of Artificial Intelligence

数字经济背景下,传统会计人才培养正面临着前所未有的变革。面对数字经济下财务工作的转型升级,职业院校会计人才培养也应当不断解放思想,创新办学思路和发展模式。通过校企合作的方式,共建实训基地,组建定向联合培养班,共建会计专业核心课程和企业认知通识课,总结高职会计人才培养在智能化时代下的特点和路径,旨在为同类院校提供经验。

Under the background of digital economy,the training of traditional accounting talents is facing unprecedented changes.Facing the transformation and upgrading of financial work in digital economy,vocational institutes should also constantly emancipate their minds in the training of accounting talents and innovate the institute-running ideas and development models.Through institute-enterprise cooperation,we should build training bases,set up directed joint training classes,build core accounting courses and general corporate cognition courses,and summarize the characteristics and paths of higher vocational accounting talents training in the era of intelligence,so as to provide experience for institutes of the same kind.
