1+X证书制度下“课证融合”的教学改革研究与实践——以电子商务专业为例

Research and Practice on Teaching Reform of"Curriculum and Certificate Integration"under the 1+X Certificate System——Take E-commerce Major as An Example

随着电商行业的发展,拥有“多技之能”的复合型人才备受青睐。1+X证书制度的目的在于培养既具有专业理论知识又掌握技能操作,既熟悉电子商务管理和运行过程又具有一定的解决现场问题、综合能力较强的技能型、复合型的高素质人才。文章阐述了高职院校实施“1+X”证书制度的意义和必要性,分析了高职院校电子商务专业实施“1+X”证书制度的制约因素,提出“1+X”证书制度下高职院校电子商务专业教学改革的策略,以进一步提高高职院校电子商务专业人才培养的质量,为社会输送电子商务专业高素质技术技能人才。

With the development of the e-commerce industry,inter-disciplinary talents with"multi-skilled abilities"are favored.The purpose of the 1+X Certificate System is to cultivate skilled and inter-disciplinary high-quality talents who have both professional theoretical knowledge and skilled operation,are not only familiar with e-commerce management and operation process,but also have certain ability to solve on-site problems and have strong comprehensive ability.This paper expounded the significance and necessity of implementing the"1+X"Certificate System in higher vocational institutes,analyzed the restrictive factors of implementing the system in e-commerce major in higher vocational institutes,and put forward the teaching reform strategies of e-commerce major in higher vocational institutes under the"1+X"Certificate System,so as to further improve the quality of talents training in e-commerce major in higher vocational institutes,and to provide high-quality technical and skilled talents of e-commerce major for the society.
