新时代下企业管理也在不断发生着变化,这就意味着高校的企业管理课程也必须要随之改革。目前,高职院校的企业管理课程中存在课程目标、定位、教学内容、教学方法不准确,教学质量低等问题。高职院校必须要根据实际情况对企业管理课程进行改革,以满足当前企业对人才的需求。

In the new era,enterprise management is constantly changing,which means that the enterprise management courses in institutes must also be reformed.At present,there are problems such as inaccurate course objectives,orientation,teaching content and teaching methods,and low teaching quality in the enterprise management courses of higher vocational institutes.Higher vocational institutes must reform enterprise management courses according to the actual situation to meet the current needs of enterprises for talents.
