Discussion on the Modernization of Higher Vocational Institute Governance Led by Constitution

章程是高职院校的核心,在推进院校现代化,健全治理体系中起着至关重要的作用。在对高职院校章程进行调研的过程中发现其管理者不完善、内容守旧,缺乏特色、制度文化缺失等。本文从界清职责管理、突出院校特色文化、畅通章程共建共用网络渠道等路径来优化章程建设,从而提高章程的执行力、保障力。

The institute constitution is the core of higher vocational institutes and plays a vital role in promoting the modernization of institutes and improving the governance system.In the process of investigating the constitution of higher vocational institutes,it is found that their administrators are inadequate,their contents are outmoded,they lack characteristics,and there is a lack of institutional culture.In this paper,the author optimized the constitution construction from the aspects of clearing the responsibility management,highlighting the characteristic culture of institutes,unblocking the constitution,building and sharing network channels,so as to improve the enforcement and guarantee of the constitution.
