厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片联合抗阻训练对甘肃甘南藏族高血压病人功能性抗交感及运动能力的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片联合抗阻训练对甘肃甘南藏族高血压病人功能性抗交感及运动能力的影响。方法选取2017年11月—2019年5月甘肃省人民医院收治的甘肃甘南藏族高血压病人76例作为研究对象。依据入院顺序编号,尾数为奇数编号为观察组(厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片+抗阻训练),尾数为偶数编号为对照组(厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片),每组38例。对比分析两组治疗前后功能性抗交感和骨骼肌肌力、运动能力和运动耐受性、血压变异性指标变化并对两组疗效进行评估。结果观察组治疗后△%FVC、上下肢肢体运动功能Fugel-Meyer量表(FMA)评分、最大运动负荷、最大心率、运动时间、最大摄氧量均较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后改良Ashworth量表(MAS)评分、24 h舒张压变异性(DBPV)及收缩压变异(SBPV)较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片联合抗阻训练可提高甘肃甘南藏族高血压病人功能性抗交感活性及运动能力,对于降低血压变异性、改善骨骼肌张力和运动耐受性亦具有积极意义。
