基于冰相变主动温控技术避火服设计

摘要 基于冰相变的主动温控技术原理,设计主动温控型避火服。介绍该避火服的工作原理和其动力、循环、温控系统的设计思路,并对该避火服舒适性进行试验测试,通过对比受试者身着传统被动式避火服和基于冰相变主动温控技术的新型避火服在三种运动状态下身体温升情况,分析避火服的性能,测试基于冰相变的主动温控型避火服的内部控温效果。 Based on the principle of active temperature control technology of ice phase change,a set of active temperature control fire protection suit is designed.This thesis introduces the working principle of fire protection suit and the overall design of the fire protection suit’s power system,circulation system and temperature control system.A test has been conducted to compare the temperature changes of two groups of subjects wearing traditional fire-proof clothes and active temperature-controlled fire protection suit based on ice phase change in three states of movement to analyze the new suit’s performance and verify its inner temperature control effectiveness.
