Ice Rescue Methods and Its Application

如今城市内部水域面积逐渐增大,增加了冬季寒冷地区人们在冰面活动的机会,但近几年冰面事故频发,对消防救援队伍提出了新挑战。分析水面结冰的特点,介绍冰面救援装备及其在救援中的应用,对船艇救援法、绳索救援法、抛投器救援法、浮桥救助法等救援方法进行详细探讨,并分析实际冰面救援案例,提出消防救援队伍提升冰面救援能力的对策。

As the waters along the city’s edge becomes intra-city waters,the public can have more opportunities to engage in ice activities during cold season.But related ice accidents have occurred frequently in recent years,posing challenges for fire and rescue forces.Based on the characteristics of ice accident rescue cases that have occurred in recent years,this paper introduces the ice rescue equipment and its application in rescue operations.After an elaborate explanation of using boats,ropes,throwers,pontoons in the rescue missions of actual cases of ice incidents,countermeasures are put forward to improve the capability of fire and rescue forces.
