摘要 近年来,热活化延迟荧光(Thermally activated delayed fluorescence,TADF)材料由于效率高、成本低和环境友好等特点引起了广泛的关注并得到迅速发展。其中,红光至近红外TADF材料及器件在显示、光纤通信和生物医学等重要领域表现出巨大的应用前景。在红光至近红外TADF材料的设计中,吩嗪类基团因具有刚性平面结构和强的吸电子能力而常被用作受体单元。本文综述了基于吩嗪类受体的红光至近红外TADF材料及器件的研究进展。根据受体的结构对其进行了分类,并对其所构建的红光至近红外TADF材料的分子设计策略和电致发光性能进行了总结。 In recent years,thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)materials have attracted widespread attention and developed rapidly,due to their high efficiency,low cost and environmental-friendliness.Among them,red to near-infrared TADF materials and devices show promising application in many important areas such as display,optical communication,biological and biomedical science.For the design of red to near-infrared TADF materials,phenazine-based groups are often used as acceptors because of their rigid planar structures and strong electron-withdrawing properties.The research progress of red to near-infrared TADF materials and devices based on phenazine-type acceptors is reviewed in this paper.The acceptors are classified according to their structures,and the molecular design and electroluminescent performance of the corresponding materials and devices are further summarized.
