某医院第一批带量采购药品执行两年现状分析

Analysis on the Status Quo of the First Batch of Drugs Purchased with Quantity in A Hospital for Two Years

目的:研究某医院药品带量采购的实际应用状况、原因以及管理措施。方法:回顾性分析某医院2019年3月23日至2021年3月22日第一批集中带量采购药品使用情况的相关数据并进行效果分析。结果:某医院所用首批中选药品18个品规,第二个采购周期药品单价大幅度下降,价格整体下降了23.16%,下降幅度在50%以上的用药品种有四个,其中阿托伐他汀钙片跌幅最大(78.72%)。第一个采购周期带量计划实际完成率149.87%,第二个采购周期总体完成率为157.04%。第一个采购周期所有同种药品中有4个中选药品使用比例为100%;第二个采购周期同种药品有12个中选药品使用比例为100%。结论:国家组织药品集中采购中选药品,在某医院得到全面有效落实,切实减轻了患者药费负担,带量采购药品使用量逐年提升。

Objective:To explore the status quo,reasons and management countermeasures of drug purchase with quantity in a hospital.Methods:The data of the use of the first batch of centralized purchasing drugs from March 23,2019 to March 22,2021 in a hospital were retrospectively analyzed and the effects were analyzed.Results:In the first batch of 18 selected drugs used in the hospital,the unit price of drugs decreased significantly in the second procurement cycle,with an average decrease of 23.16%.Four drugs showed a decrease of more than 50 percent,with atorvastatin calcium tablets showing the largest decrease(78.72 percent).The actual completion rate of the volume plan in the first procurement cycle was 149.87%,and the overall completion rate in the second procurement cycle was 157.04%.In the first procurement cycle,100%of the selected drugs were used in 4 of the same drugs;in the second procurement cycle,12 of the same drugs were selected and the proportion was 100%.Conclusion:The use of selected drugs in centralized drug procurement organized by the state has been fully and effectively implemented in this hospital,effectively reducing the burden of drug costs of patients,and patients’use of drugs purchased in quantity has increased year by year.
