加味白虎汤联合胰岛素强化对初诊2型糖尿病治疗的预后研究 被引量:3

Prognostic Study of Jiawei Baihu Soup Combined with Insulin Intensities on Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes

摘要 目的:探究加味白虎汤联合胰岛素强化治疗对初诊2型糖尿病(T2DM)预后的影响。方法:选取2020年10月至2021年10月就诊于江西省中西医结合医院的80例初诊T2DM患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采用胰岛素强化治疗,治疗组采用加味白虎汤联合胰岛素强化治疗,两组均于治疗8周后改用盐酸二甲双胍片,比较两组治疗前、治疗2个月、3个月、4个月的空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)、总胆固醇(TC)及血糖回升率。结果:治疗2个月、3个月、4个月,两组FPG、FINS、TC水平均低于治疗前(且依次降低),治疗组低于对照组;两组ISI高于治疗前(且依次升高),治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的血糖回升率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味白虎汤联合胰岛素强化治疗初诊T2DM可以改善患者的血糖、血脂及胰岛素敏感指数,提高血糖回升率。 Objective:To investigate the effect of jiawei baihu soup combined with intensive insulin therapy on the prognosis of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of 80 newly diagnosed T2DM patients were selected to Jiangxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicinefrom October 2020 to October 2021 and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given intensive insulin treatment,and the treatment group was given enhanced insulin treatment combined with jiawei baihu soup.Metformin hydrochloride tablet was used for both groups after 8 weeks of treatment.Fasting blood glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),insulin sensitivity index(ISI),total cholesterol(TC)and blood glucose recovery rate were compared between the two groups before treatment,2,3 and 4 months after treatment.Results:After 2 months,3 months and 4 months of treatment,the levels of FPG,FINS and TC in both groups were lower than before and decreased successively,and the treatment groups was lower than the control group;the ISI in the treatment group was higher than before and increased successively,and the ISI in the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the blood glucose recovery rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei baihu soup combined with intensive insulin treatment can improve blood glucose,blood lipid and insulin sensitivity index of newly diagnosed T2DM patients,and increase the rate of blood glucose recovery.
