摘要
目的:研究复合维生素联合硫酸镁对子痫前期患者的胎盘血流动力学、凝血功能及母婴结局的影响。方法:选择郑州大学第三附属医院182例子痫前期患者为研究对象,对照组以硫酸镁治疗,试验组以复合维生素联合硫酸镁治疗,每组91例。比较两组治疗前后血压、尿蛋白、胎盘血流动力学参数、凝血功能指标以及母婴结局的差异。结果:两组治疗后均能显著降低血压、改善血流动力学和凝血功能,但试验组在尿蛋白、脐动脉阻力指数(RI)、螺旋动脉阻力指数和收缩末期峰值/舒张末期峰值(S/D)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)均较对照组改善明显(P<0.05),产后出血、低体重儿不良母婴结局发生率方面两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复合维生素联合硫酸镁治疗子痫前期疗效优于单纯硫酸镁治疗。
Objective:To study the effect of multivitamin combined with magnesium sulfate on placental hemodynamics,coagulation factors and maternal and infant outcomes in patients with preeclampsia.Methods:182 cases of preeclampsia patients were selected from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhenzhou University as the research objects,the control group was treated with magnesium sulfate,and the experimental group was treated with multivitamin combined with magnesium sulfate,91 cases in each group.The differences in blood pressure,urine protein,placental hemodynamic parameters,coagulation function indexes and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Both groups can significantly reduce blood pressure,improve hemodynamics and coagulation function after treatment,but the experimental group has urine protein,umbilical artery resistance index(RI),spiral artery resistance index and end-systolic peak/end-diastolic peak(S/D),prothrombin time(PT),and fibrinogen(FIB)were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05),and both in terms of postpartum hemorrhage after treatment and the incidence of poor maternal and infant outcomes in low birth weight infants,there were statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of multivitamin combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of preeclampsia is better than that of magnesium sulfate alone.
