Analysis on the Challenges and Countermeasures of Information Security Governance in Enterprise Digital Transformation

本文探讨了企业数字化转型背景下推进信息安全治理相关工作的必要性,分析了企业数字化转型中信息安全治理面临的主要挑战,进一步从治理结构、治理机制和治理模式3个关键治理要素层面提出全面提升企业信息安全治理有效性的对策与建议,以期形成管理企业数字化转型中信息安全风险的方法路径,确保企业关键信息资产的安全与可靠。

This study discusses the necessity for promoting information security governance(ISG)in the context of enterprise digital transformation,analyzes the major challenges of ISG in the process of enterprise digital transformation,puts forward suggestions regarding comprehensively improving the effectiveness of ISG from three key governance elements,i.e.,governance structure,governance mechanism and governance mode.The aim of this study is to form a method to manage information security risks in enterprise digital transformation and ensure the security and reliability of key information assets of enterprises.
