我国科技服务业发展及标准化研究

Research on the Development and Standardization of Science and Technology Service Industry in China

科技服务业的发展不仅是促进科技创新、科技成果转化和科技经济深度融合的客观需要,还是实现科技创新引领产业升级、推动经济向中高端水平迈进的关键一环,加强科技服务业标准化工作对于深入实施创新驱动发展战略、推动经济提质增效升级具有重要意义。本文在系统梳理科技服务业概念、特征的基础上,提出了我国科技服务业生态系统模型。结合国家科技服务发展现状、趋势和重点发展方向,将科技服务业分为九大子类并从需求的角度调研各类别标准化现状及存在的不足,最后对科技服务行业标准化实施与应用提出了可行性建议。

The development of science and technology service industry is not only an objective need to promote scientific and technological innovation,achievements,but also a key point to realize industrial upgrading.Strengthening the standardization of science and technology service industry is of great significance to deeply implement the innovation driven development strategy and promote economic quality and efficiency upgrading.Based on the systematic analysis of the concept,characteristics and classification of science and technology service industry,this paper builds a ecosystem model.Then,combined with the development status,trend and key development direction,the science and technology service industry is divided into nine sub categories,and the standardization status and shortcomings of each category are investigated from the perspective of demand.Finally,feasible suggestions are given for the implementation and application of standardization in science and technology service industry.
