强脉冲光联合硫酸羟氯喹治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效观察及对患者生活质量的影响

Clinical Application of Intense Pulsed Light Combined with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate in the Treatment of Rosacea

目的:探讨分析强脉冲光联合硫酸羟氯喹治疗玫瑰痤疮疗效观察及对生活质量的影响。方法:按随机数字表法将2020年7月-2021年5月六安市中医院收治的89例玫瑰痤疮患者分入对照组(45例)与治疗组(44例)。对照组采用硫酸羟氯喹片+盐酸米诺环素胶囊+医用冷敷贴治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上联合强脉冲光治疗。对比两组治疗前后症状积分和生活质量评分、临床疗效以及不良反应。结果:相比对照组,治疗组总有效率更高(95.45%vs 79.54%,P<0.05);治疗后两组红斑、丘疹脓疱、毛细血管扩张、瘙痒等症状评分均较治疗前下降,且治疗组各症状评分更低(P<0.05);治疗后两组自我感知、情感功能、痤疮症状、社会功能评分均较治疗前升高,且治疗组生活质量评分更高(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率与治疗组比较(6.82%vs 9.09%)差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.155,P=0.694)。结论:对玫瑰痤疮患者采取强脉冲光联合硫酸羟氯喹治疗效果显著,能有效改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量,安全性较高,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of intense pulsed light combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate in the treatment of rosacea and its effect on quality of life.Methods A total of 89 patients with rosacea admitted to Lu’an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitala from July 2020 to May 2021 were divided into the control group(45 cases)and the treatment group(44 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets+minocycline hydrochloride capsules+medical cold compresses,and the treatment group was given intense pulsed light therapy on the basis of the control group.The symptom score and quality of life score before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate of the treatment group was higher(95.45%vs 79.54%,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms such as telangiectasia,pruritus,erythema,papules and pustules in the two groups were all decreased,and the symptom scores in treatment group were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of self-perception,emotional function,acne symptoms,and social function of the two groups increased,and the quality of life score of the treatment group was higher(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group and the treatment group(6.82%vs 9.09%)was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.155,P=0.694).Conclusion Intense pulsed light combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate is effective in the treatment of rosacea,which can improve clinical symptoms,increase quality of life with high safety.It is worthy of promotion.
