“新文科”与传统文科相比具有更加鲜明的开放性、可塑性和创新性特点。在新文科背景下探讨融媒体实战型人才的培养模式,旨在学科赋能与跨界驱动下,将“人的回归”作为培养的落脚点,在建设标准上由被动适应转为主动引领,在人才定位上由学科需要转向市场需求,在课程设置上由单一静态变为多主体联动,在凝聚共识上重拾现实关怀与批判精神。通过有效“实战”延展传统文科研究范畴和方向,丰富研究手段和途径,实现更加广泛的跨学科融合与协同培养,重塑融媒体实战人才培养理念与目标,助力学界与业界构建良性互动、双向受益的命运共同体,为新闻学界和传媒业界弥合人才供需鸿沟提供长态化的可操作路径。

Compared with the traditional liberal arts,the"new liberal arts"has more distinct openness,plasticity and innovation.In the context of the new liberal arts,we will explore the training mode of practical talents in the media,aiming at the"return of people"as the foothold of training under the discipline empowerment and cross-border drive,changing from passive adaptation to active leadership in construction standards,shifting from discipline needs to market demand in talent positioning,changing from single static to multi-subject linkage in curriculum setting,and regaining the spirit of realistic care and criticism in condensing consensus.Through effective"practical combat",we will extend the scope and direction of traditional liberal arts research,enrich research methods and channels,achieve more extensive interdisciplinary integration and collaborative training,reshape the concept and goal of cultivating practical talents in the media,help the academic community and the industry to build a community of destiny with benign interaction and two-way benefit,and provide a long-term and operable path for the journalism and media industry to bridge the gap between talent supply and demand.
