摘要
目的分析卵巢癌患者生物信息,探讨去甲肾上腺素(NA)对卵巢癌基因表达谱的影响。方法使用GEO2R在线平台分析卵巢癌患者肿瘤组织测序数据,筛选差异表达基因(DEG),使用GSEA对DEG注释,利用STRING分析DEG编码蛋白间的相互关系(PPI),筛选NA在卵巢癌进展中的候选基因。结果共筛选110个DEG,其中低表达基因98个,高表达12个。39个基因为可能的候选基因。经验证,试验组FOSB mRNA相对表达量高于对照组(P<0.05),JUNB mRNA、CD4 mRNA、HLA-DRA mRNA相对表达量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论FOSB、JUNB、CD4、HLA-DRA可能参与NA调控卵巢癌的病理过程。
Objective To analyze the biological information of ovarian cancer patients and explore the effect of noradrenaline(NA)on gene expression profile of ovarian cancer.Methods Differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were screened using GEO2 R online platform and annotated with GSEA.Protein Protein interaction(PPI)was analyzed using STRING to screen candidate genes for NA in the progression of ovarian cancer.Results A total of 110 DEGs were screened,including 98 low-expressed genes and 12 high-expressed genes.A total of 39 genes are possible candidate genes.It was verified that the relative expression of FOSB mRNA in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the relative expression of JUNB mRNA,CD4 mRNA and HLA-DRA mRNA was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion FOSB,JUNB,CD4 and HLA-DRA may be involved in the pathological process of NA affecting ovarian cancer.
