临床护理人员积极应对方式在心理弹性与心理健康间的中介作用

Mediating Effect of Positive Coping Style on Relationship Between Mental Resilience and Mental Health of Nurses

目的探讨临床护士心理弹性、应对方式与心理健康之间的关系,并对心理弹性与心理健康间积极应对方式的中介效应进行验证。方法采用便利抽样法选取郑州市某三级甲等医院565名临床护士为研究对象,使用中文版Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表、简易应对方式问卷、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对其心理弹性、应对方式、心理健康状况进行调查。结果临床护士心理弹性、积极应对方式与心理健康呈负相关(r=-0.437,r=-0.396,P<0.01),消极应对方式与心理健康呈正相关(r=0.185,P<0.01);心理弹性对心理健康的直接作用及通过积极应对方式对心理健康的间接效应均有统计学意义(路径系数β=-0.323,β=-0.118,P<0.01),中介效应占总效应的26.94%。结论临床护士积极应对方式在心理弹性与心理健康间具有部分中介作用,医院护理管理者应采取有效措施提高护士心理弹性及积极应对方式,促进其心理健康水平的提升。

Objective Explore the relationship between mental resilience,coping styles and mental health of clinical nurses,and verify the mediating effect of positive coping styles between mental resilience and mental health.Methods Using convenience sampling method to select 565 clinical nurses in a tertiary first-class hospital in Zhengzhou as the research objects.The Chinese version of Connor-Davidson resilience scale,simple coping style questionnaire and symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)were used to investigate their psychological resilience,coping style and mental health status.Results The psychological resilience and positive coping styles of clinical nurses were negatively correlated with mental health level(r=-0.437,r=-0.396,P<0.01),and negative coping styles were positively correlated with mental health(r=0.185,P<0.01).The direct effect of resilience on mental health and the indirect effect of positive coping style on mental health were statistically significant(path coefficientβ=-0.323,β=-0.118,P<0.01),and the mediating effect accounted for 26.94%of the total effect.Conclusion The positive coping style of clinical nurses has a partial mediating effect between psychological resilience and mental health.Nursing managers should take effective measures to improve nurses’positive coping style and mental resilience,to promote the improvement of their mental health.
