Application Effect of Problem-Based Learning Combined with Pyramid Teaching in Training Nurses in Internal Medical Intensive Care Unit

摘要 目的探讨以问题为基础的学习(PBL)联合金字塔教学法在内科监护室进修护士中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2022年1月郑州大学附属儿童医院内科监护室的109名进修护士为研究对象,根据进修时间分为对照组(54名)和研究组(55名)。对照组接受传统教学法,研究组接受PBL联合金字塔教学法。对比两组培训效果、注册护士核心能力量表(CIRN)评分、护士职业价值观量表(NPVS)评分及培训满意度。结果研究组理论知识、操作实践及总分高于对照组(P<0.05);培训后研究组NPVS、CIRN评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组培训满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PBL结合金字塔教学可提高内科监护室进修护士的核心能力,增强其职业价值感,提升培训效果和满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with pyramid teaching method in training nurses in internal medical intensive care unit.Methods A total of 109 training nurses in internal medicine intensive care unit of Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January 2017 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group(54 cases)and research group(55 cases)according to the training time.The control group accepted traditional teaching method,and the research group accepted PBL combined with pyramid teaching method.The training effect,competency inventory for registered nurses(CIRN)scores,nurse professional values scale(NPVS)scores and training satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge,operation practice and total score of research group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).After training,the NPVS and CIRN scores of research group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The training satisfaction of research group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with pyramid teaching can improve the core competence of the training nurses in internal medical intensive care unit,enhance their sense of professional value,and thus improve the training effect and satisfaction.
