艾拉莫德联合依那西普对类风湿关节炎患者的疗效

Efficacy of Iguratimod Combined with Etanercept in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探讨艾拉莫德联合依那西普对类风湿关节炎(RA)患者的疗效。方法选取2020年1月至2021年3月河南省人民医院收治的130例RA患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组、对照组,各65例。对照组接受依那西普治疗,观察组在此基础上联合艾拉莫德治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果,类风湿因子(RF)、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、血清巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(M-CSF)水平及其不良反应发生情况,观察其安全性。结果研究过程中对照组2例患者失访,后续数据处理对照组患者为63例。治疗后观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者RF、COX-2、M-CSF水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经3个月治疗后,各组RF、COX-2、M-CSF水平降低,且观察组RF、COX-2、M-CSF水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论艾拉莫德联合依那西普能够有效提高RA的治疗效果,改善RF、COX-2、M-CSF水平,不增加不良反应的发生,安全较可,值得广泛应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of iguratimod combined with etanercept in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods A total of 130 RA patients admitted to Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with etanercept,and the observation group was treated with iguratimod on this basis.The therapeutic effects,rheumatoid factor(RF),cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),serum macrophage colony stimulating factor(M-CSF)levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and their safety was observed.Results During the study,two patients in the control group were lost to follow-up,so there were 63 patients in the control group for subsequent data processing.After treatment,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in the levels of RF,COX-2 and M-CSF between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of RF,COX-2,and M-CSF in each group decreased,and the levels of RF,COX-2,and M-CSF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Iguratimod combined with etanercept can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of RA,improve the levels of RF,COX-2 and M-CSF,without increasing the occurrence of adverse reactions.It is safe and worthy of wide application.
