摘要
目的分析系统营养护理对消化道肿瘤患者的影响。方法以2019年1月至2021年12月于河南省人民医院接受手术治疗的90例消化道肿瘤患者作为研究观察对象,采用随机数表法进行分组,对照组(常规护理干预模式)、观察组(常规护理联合系统营养护理模式)各45例。对比两组患者护理前后营养、免疫及炎症指标水平,比较两组不良反应发生率。结果护理前,两组营养指标水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白及转铁蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后第1天免疫与炎症指标水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后第5、9天观察组免疫球蛋白(Ig)G、IgM、IgA水平高于对照组(P<0.05),白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对消化道肿瘤术后患者,系统营养护理能够有效改善患者营养状况,提高机体免疫力,降低体内炎症水平,减少不良反应的发生。
Objective To analyze the effect of systematic nutritional nursing in patients with gastrointestinal tumors after operation.Methods A total of 90 patients with gastrointestinal tumors who received surgical treatment in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The random number table method was used for grouping,with 45 cases in the control group(routine nursing intervention mode)and 45 cases in the observation group(routine nursing and system nutrition nursing mode).The levels of nutrition,immunity and inflammatory indexes were compared between the two groups before and after nursing,and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistical difference in nutritional index levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the levels of total protein,albumin,prealbumin and transferrin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the levels of immune and inflammatory indexes between the two groups on the 1 st day after operation(P>0.05).On the 5 th and 9 th day after operation,the levels of immunoglobulin(Ig)G,IgM and IgA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with postoperative digestive tract tumors,systematic nutritional care can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients,improve the body’s immunity,reduce the level of inflammation in the body,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
