摘要 采用马歇尔配合比设计法对SMA10、SMA13、SMA16沥青混合料进行级配设计,并系统研究不同类型SMA沥青混合料的水稳定性、高低温性能和疲劳耐久性。结果表明:高温浸水加速了SMA混合料的马歇尔性能劣化,其中SMA16的劣化程度最为明显;SMA13沥青混合料在高温条件下的动稳定度与SMA16的相接近,是SMA10的1.3倍,而低温条件下SMA10的破坏应变是SMA13和SMA16的1.2倍,SMA13具有较好的高、低温性能;在低应变条件下,SMA13和SMA16的抗疲劳性能基本相当,而同一应变水平下,SMA10抗疲劳性能要优于SMA13和SMA16,特别是在600με的高应变下,疲劳寿命相比SMA16混合料提升了约30.2%。 Marshall mix design method has been used to design the gradation of SMA10,SMA13,SMA16 asphalt mixture,and the water stability,high and low temperature performance and fatigue durability of different types of SMA asphalt mixtures have been systematically studied as well.The results show that high temperature immersion accelerates the degradation of Marshall properties of SMA mixture,and the degradation degree of SMA16 is the most obvious.The dynamic stability of SMA13 asphalt mixture at high temperature is close to that of SMA16,which is 1.3 times that of SMA10,while the failure strain of SMA10 at low temperature is 1.2 times that of SMA13 and SMA16.Therefore,SMA13 has better high and low temperature performance.Under the condition of low strain,the fatigue resistance of SMA13 and SMA16 is basically the same,while the fatigue resistance of SMA10 is better than that of SMA13 and SMA16 at the same strain level,especially at the high strain of 600με,the fatigue life of SMA16 mixture is increased by about 30.2%.
