摘要
提高研究生的科研创新能力对于建设创新型国家具有重要意义。通过对326名学术型研究生的调查,构建多层线性回归模型探讨学习环境感知对学术型研究生科研创新行为的影响,并分析科研自我效能感在其中的中介作用。研究发现:导师指导、同行交流和学业挑战性压力均能对研究生科研创新行为产生正向影响;科研自我效能感在三者中均起到中介作用。高校应通过改革研究生入学选拔制度、创新培养方式、搭建科研实践平台等提高研究生对科研自我效能感的感知水平;通过充分发挥导师的作用、营造良好的学术氛围、施加适度压力等营造良好的学习环境,并通过学习环境感知强化研究生的科研自我效能感,进一步激发学术型研究生的科研创新行为。
Improving the scientific research and innovation ability of postgraduates is of great significance for building an innovative country.Through the investigation of 326 academic postgraduates,this paper constructs a multi-layer linear regression model to explore the impact of learning environment perception on scientific research innovation behavior of academic postgraduates,and analyzes the mediating role of scientific research self-efficacy.It is found that tutor guidance,peer communication and academic challenging pressure can have a positive impact on postgraduates′scientific research innovation behavior;Scientific research self-efficacy plays an intermediary role in all three.Colleges and universities should improve postgraduates′perception of scientific research self-efficacy by reforming the postgraduate enrollment selection system,innovating training methods and building a scientific research practice platform;A good learning environment should be created by giving full play to the role of tutors,creating a good academic atmosphere and exerting appropriate pressure,and strengthening postgraduates′scientific research self-efficacy through learning environment perception,so as to further stimulate academic postgraduates′scientific research innovation behavior.
