摘要
骨伤科疾病患者逐年递增,严重影响了患者的生活质量。临床上针对骨伤科疾病缺乏可靠、客观的疗效评价指标。红外热成像技术是一种新兴的高科技功能影像检测技术,通过红外摄像镜头获得人体组织代谢、气血运行等功能变化中的红外辐射强弱信号,经计算机多媒体技术处理后,以不同的颜色表达成红外图像,显示人体表面的温度分布情况,继而达到诊断疾病、评估治疗效果等目的。本文就红外热成像技术在常见骨伤科疾病疗效评价中的应用作一综述。
With the increasing number of patients suffering from orthopedic diseases year by year,the quality of the patient’s life is seriously affected,and there is a lack of reliable and objective clinical efficacy evaluation indicators.Infrared thermal imaging technology is an emerging high-tech functional imaging detection technology,through the infrared camera to obtain the strong and weak signals of infrared radiation in the function changes of tissue metabolism,blood running functions,after the computer multimedia technology treatment,the signals are expressed by the infrared images in different color,show the temperature distribution on the surface of the case,then to achieve the diagnosis of disease,evaluation of disease treatment effect and other purposes.This paper reviews the application of infrared thermal imaging in the evaluation of the curative effect of common orthopaedic diseases.
