FOCUS-PDCA循环程序结合改良SBAR沟通模式在脊柱后凸畸形患者手术护理中的应用

Application of FOCUS-PDCA circulation program combined with modified SBAR communication mode in surgical nursing care of patients with kyphosis

目的探讨FOCUS-PDCA循环程序结合改良SBAR沟通模式在脊柱后凸畸形患者手术护理中的应用价值。方法选取安徽省阜阳市人民医院2016年3月至2021年12月收治的80例脊柱后凸畸形患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组采用常规护理结合改良SBAR沟通模式,观察组在对照组护理模式的基础上应用FOCUS-PDCA循环程序进行干预。比较两组术前疾病认知度、焦虑评分、麻醉配合度、围手术期护理满意度、手术时间和术中出血量及围手术期低体温等不良事件发生率。结果观察组疾病认知度、麻醉配合度评分高于对照组,焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组手术时间和术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理模式的基础上应用FOCUS-PDCA循环程序结合改良SBAR沟通模式进行干预能够提高患者的疾病认知度、麻醉配合度、护理满意度,降低患者的焦虑状态,同时能够降低患者围手术期不良事件的发生。

Objective To explore the application value of FOCUS-PDCA circulation program combined with modified SBAR communication mode in surgical nursing of patients with kyphosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with kyphosis admitted to Fuyang People’s Hospital of Anhui Province from March 2016 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to different nursing methods.The control group was treated with routine nursing combined with improved SBAR communication mode,and the observation group was treated with focus-PDCA cycle program on the basis of the nursing mode of control group.Preoperative disease awareness,anxiety score,anesthesia cooperation,perioperative nursing satisfaction,operative time,intraoperative blood loss,and incidence of perioperative adverse events such as hypothermia were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of disease awareness and anesthesia coordination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and anxiety score was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in operative time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).Nursing satisfaction score of observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing care,the application of FOCUS-PDCA circulation procedure combined with improved SBAR communication mode can improve patients’recognition,anesthe sia cooperation,and nursing satisfaction,lower patients’anxiety,and reduce the occurrence of perioperative adverse events.
