中小学应急管理能力提升路径研究

Research on the Path to Improve Emergency Management Capacity in Primary and Middle Schools

为提升中小学应急管理能力,结合相关文献和实地调研获得的信息,对中小学突发事件的特征、中小学应急管理的现状进行分析,并提出中小学应急管理能力提升路径。研究发现:完善法律法规体系、优化应急管理体系、优化和落实应急预案、加强应急教育、推动应急管理技术融合等是中小学应急管理能力提升的主要路径。

In order to improve the emergency management capacity in primary and middle schools,combining the information obtained from relevant literatures and field investigations,the characteristics of emergencies and the current emergency management situation in primary and middle schools were analyzed. Then the improvement paths were proposed. It is found that the main paths to improve the emergency management capacity in primary and middle schools include the improvement of the legal system,the optimization of the emergency management system,the optimization and implement of the emergency plan,the reinforcement of the emergency education,and the integration of the emergency technology.
