摘要
为优化货梯的传统控制方式和应用功能,增强系统的稳定可靠性和使用灵活性,设计一种基于PLC的垂直货梯装置。以一个5层垂直货梯的简易实体模型为研究对象,重点分析电气控制系统,包括功能要求、PLC的I/O地址分配、电气设备接线原理、梯形图软件设计、监控组态设计等。通过软件仿真和实体装置测试验证该系统方案设计的正确性,也为货梯、提升机等相关研究领域提供方案或技术参考。
A PLC-based vertical freight elevator device is designed to optimize the traditional control method and application functions of freight elevators,and to enhance the stability and reliability of the system and the flexibility.Taking a simple physical model of a five-story vertical freight elevator as the research object,the electrical control system is analyzed with emphasis on functional requirements,I/O address assignment of PLC,wiring principle of electrical equipment,ladder software design,monitoring and control configuration design,etc.Through software simulation and physical device testing,the correctness of the system scheme design is verified,which also provides scheme or technical reference for related research fields such as freight elevator and hoist.
