摘要
三缸发动机的NVH一直是全球三缸机开发的技术难点,直接关系到一款三缸发动机的成功与否。为了保证三缸发动机的成功开发,并有效地规避专利风险,主机厂往往将平衡轴交由经验丰富的供应商设计完成。但其提供的设计方案是否可行,公差选择是否合理,需要综合判断。因此,建模仿真软件在汽车发动机设计中的应用尤为重要。文章采用EXCITE_DESIGNER搭建模型,通过Creo读取曲柄连杆系统及平衡轴系统的相关参数,计算不同配重块在偏移状态下对平衡率的影响,并通过实际装机判断其配重块的偏移量,进而判断公差选择的合理性。
NVH of three cylinder engine has always been a technical difficulty in the development of three cylinder engine in the world,which is directly related to the success of a three cylinder engine.In order to ensure the successful development of the three cylinder engine and effectively avoid patent risk,the main engine factory often designs the balance shaft by experienced suppliers.However,whether the design scheme provided is feasible and whether the tolerance selection is reasonable requires comprehensive judgment.Therefore,the application of modeling and simulation software in automobile engine design is particularly important.The article uses EXCITE_DESIGNER to build the model which reads the relevant parameters of the crank connecting rod system and the balance shaft system through Creo,calculates the influence of different counterweights on the balance rate under the offset state,judges the offset of the counterweights through the actual installation,and then judges the rationality of the selection of the common deviation.
