摘要 针对于大规模风电、光电等新型清洁能源接入电网,对电网带来了巨大挑战,提出引入以储能设备为核心的储能云网平台参与的方法。在储能云网平台中通过把电网调度问题分成两端,一端是以发电厂和集中式储能设备为主导的供应端,一端是以用户和分布式储能设备为主导的需求端,通过把两端分开进行研究,减小了研究难度。两端分别进行模拟试验。在供应端可以达到3%以下的弃电量。在需求端,通过对一个用户用电情况以最大经济效益为目标进行优化,通过采用一台总储量为30 kwh的储能设备,使经济效益提升了108.3%。以局部调优来实现整体优化。 In view of the large-scale wind power,photovoltaic and other new clean energy are connected to the power grid,it brings great challenges to the power grid.Thus,this paper puts forward the method of introducing the energy storage cloud network platform with energy storage equipment as the core to participate.In the energy storage cloud network platform,the power grid scheduling problem is divided into two sides.One side is the supply side dominated by power plants and centralized energy storage devices,the other side is the demand side dominated by users and distributed energy storage devices.The difficulty of the study is reduced by separating the two parts.The two ends are simulated,respectively.In the supply side we can achieve less than 3% of the abandoned capacity.On the demand side,the economic benefit is increased by 108.3% by using an energy storage equipment with 30 kWh total storage capacity.We use local tuning to achieve overall optimization.
