喷墨打印彩墨互渗程度的表征与检测方法

摘要 建立了一种打印印品彩墨互渗性能的表征与检测方法。对彩墨邻接图案的印品进行数字成像,并转换为印品颜色的色相角数值灰度图像,进而由彩墨互渗方向上色相角变化之特征点的间距量化互渗宽度,用以表征彩墨间的互渗程度。对四种纸张互渗图样的实测结果表明,所测纸张不同彩墨组合的互渗宽度在84μm到209μm间不等,其数值与视觉感知的互渗程度相符,表明了不同纸张印品的彩墨互渗性能差异。 A method for characterization and detection of color-ink interpenetration performance of printed products was established.Digitally image the printed product with the adjacent pattern of color ink and convert it into a numerical grayscale image of the hue angle of the color of the printed product,and then quantify the inter-penetration width by the spacing of the characteristic points of the color-ink inter-penetration direction change in the color-ink interpenetration direction to characterize the interpenetration width.The degree of interpenetration between color and ink.The actual measurement results of the interpenetration patterns of the four types of paper show that the interpenetration widths of different color-ink combinations of the tested papers range from 84μm to 209μm,and the values are consistent with the interpenetration degree of visual perception,indicating the color of the printed p roducts on different papers.Ink interpenetration performance difference.
