环境的保护与综合治理是近几年的热门话题之一,作为人类赖以生存的基础和必要条件,环境质量的好坏直接决定了人们日常生活和工作的水平。伴随着人们环保意识的加强,现代社会的环境综合治理已经初见成效。然而,日常生活中产生的大量固体废物在环保化处理过程中仍然存在着诸多问题。对于固体废物污染的防治,要坚持源头防治优先,减少固体废物产生量、提高固体废物资源化利用率和无害化处置率以及污染担责的原则,从环境保护的实际措施及污染防治对策优化等角度入手,这对于深入分析固体废物治理措施及提高环境工程效果具有较大的现实意义。

Environmental protection and comprehensive management is one of the hot topics in recent years.As the basis and necessary condition for human survival,the quality of the environment directly determines the level of people’s daily life and work.With the strengthening of people’s awareness of environmental protection,comprehensive environmental management in modern society has achieved initial results.However,there are still many problems in the process of environmental protection treatment of a large number of solid wastes produced in daily life.For the prevention and control of solid waste pollution,we should adhere to the principle of giving priority to the prevention and control of the source,reducing the production of solid waste,improving the resource utilization rate and harmless disposal rate of solid waste,and taking responsibility for pollution.From the perspective of the actual measures of environmental protection and the optimization of pollution prevention and control countermeasures,it has great practical signifi cance for in-depth analysis of solid waste treatment measures and improving the effect of environmental engineering.
