摘要
本文依据《土壤和沉积物铜、锌、铅、镍、铬的测定火焰原子吸收分光光度法》(HJ 491-2019)测定土壤有证标准样品GBW07404a(GSS-4a)中铬元素的含量,并对其测量不确定度进行评定。结果显示,使用该方法测定土壤中铬含量时,在试样制备的消解过程和标准曲线配制过程及拟合过程中所引入的不确定度对测定结果影响较大,需要在检测过程中予以特别重视。
This paper measures the content of chromium in Soil Certifi ed Reference Materia-GBW07404a(GSS-4a)according to“soil and sediment-determination of copper,zinc,lead,nickel and chromium-fl ame atomic absorption spectrophotometry”(HJ 491-2019),and evaluates the measurement uncertainty.The results show that when measuring the chromium content in the soil using this method,the uncertainty introduced in the digestion process and the standard curve fi tting process has a great impact on the measurement results,and needs special attention in the detection process.
