市政污泥焚烧废水处理工艺研究

Study on Treatment Technology of Municipal Sludge Incineration Wastewater

市政污泥焚烧的烟气处理大多采用湿法除硫技术,使用液态的洗涤剂清洗烟气中的二氧化硫气体。脱硫塔排水经过处理后,达到园区工业污水处理厂的接管标准进行排放。本文将从目前主流的污泥处理处置技术展开,引申到某市政污泥干化焚烧项目的脱硫废水处理现状及存在的主要问题,提出了对于污泥焚烧废水处理的改造思路和方案。

The fl ue gas treatment of municipal sludge incineration mostly adopts wet sulfur removal technology,using liquid detergent to clean sulfur dioxide gas in the fl ue gas.After treatment,the drainage from the desulfurization tower can meet the take-over standard of the industrial sewage treatment plant of the park for discharge.This paper starts from the mainstream sludge treatment and disposal technology in the market,extends to the status quo and main problems of desulfurization wastewater treatment of municipal sludge drying incineration project,and puts forward the reform ideas and schemes for sludge incineration wastewater treatment.
