构建现代环境治理体系背景下辽宁省生态环境空间管控的思考

Refl ections on the Management and Control of Ecological Environment Space in Liaoning Province under the Background of Building a Modern Environmental Governance System

生态环境空间管控是指从生态环境保护角度,对国土空间进行分区管控。综合考虑经济社会、生态环境以及自然资源等多方面因素,通过对辽宁省“十四五”时期区域战略格局进行分析,结合辽宁省生态环境特征和问题,提出全省生态环境空间管控构想和建议。

The management and control of ecological environment space refers to the regional management and control of land space from the perspective of ecological environmental protection,taking into account various factors such as economic society,ecological environment and natural resources.Through the analysis of the regional development strategy pattern of Liaoning Province during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,combined with the prominent ecological environment characteristics and problems of Liaoning Province,the concept and suggestion of the province’s ecological environment spatial management and control are put forward.
