基于EQ-5D-5L量表的临沂市农村成年居民健康相关生命质量影响因素分析

ANALYSIS ON INFLUENCING FACTORS OF HEALTH-RELATED QUALITY OF LIFE OF RURAL RESIDENTS IN LINYI CITY BASED ON EQ-5D-5L

目的了解临沂市农村居民HRQL的水平及影响因素,为制订相关措施提供依据。方法使用EQ-5D-5L对临沂市农村居民进行问卷调查并计算健康效用值,采用多元线性回归进行多因素分析。结果共收回有效问卷4181份。各维度困难等级从“没有困难”到“无法完成/非常严重”呈下降趋势。EQ-5D-5L效用值为(0.953±0.099),多因素分析显示:年龄、性别、文化程度、人均月收入、是否患有慢性病是健康效用值的影响因素。结论临沂市农村居民HRQL的水平与全国居民水平接近;需采取针对性措施不断提高居民的HRQL水平。

Objective To understand the level and influencing factors of HRQL in rural residents of Linyi city,and to provide a basis for formulating relevant measures.Methods The EQ-5D-5L was used to investigate the health utility of rural residents in Linyi city.Multivariate linear regression was used for multivariate analysis.Results A total of 4181 valid questionnaires were recovered.The difficulty level of each dimension decreases from"no difficulty"to"unfinishable/very serious".The utility value of EQ-5D-5L was 0.953±0.099,and the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,gender,educational level,per capita monthly income,and whether suffering from chronic diseases were the influencing factors of health utility value.Conclusion The level of HRQL of rural residents in Linyi is close to that of national residents.It is necessary to take targeted measures to improve the HRQL level of residents.
