加味四妙散联合黄帝内针疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究

CLINICAL STUDY ON THE COMBINED USE OF MODIFIED SIMIAO POWDER AND HUANGDI INTERNAL ACUPUNCTURE IN TREATING KNEE OSTEOARTHRITIS

目的探讨膝骨关节炎的治疗方法。方法将60例膝关节病患者随机分两组,各30例。A组予以常规西药治疗,B组采用“加味四妙散”联合“黄帝内针”疗法。观察两组临床疗效。结果B组有效率为93.33%,高于A组的70%(χ^(2)=5.46,P=0.02);两组治疗后膝关节功能评分较治疗前均有升高,B组升高幅度大于A组(t=6.18,P<0.01);B组不良反应发生率为6.67%,低于A组26.67%(χ^(2)=4.32,P=0.038)。结论“加味四妙散”联合“黄帝内针”治疗膝骨关节炎,能显著提高疗效,安全性高。

Objective To explore the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Sixty cases of knee joint disease were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with western medicine,while Group B was treated with the combined use of modified Simiao Powder and Huangdi internal acupuncture.The clinical effect of the two groups was observed.Results The effective rate in Group B was 93.33%,higher than 70%in Group A(χ^(2)=5.46,P=0.02).The knee joint function scores in both groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,with the increase in Group B being higher than that in Group A(t=6.18,P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in Group B was 6.67%,lower than 26.67%in Group A(χ^(2)=4.32,P=0.038).Conclusion The combined use of modified Simiao Powder and Huangdi internal acupuncture can significantly improve the curative effect and safety in treating knee osteoarthritis.
