摘要
近年来学者们已经识别了企业与多伙伴研发合作的平均关系强度和关系强度离散两种关系特征,但却缺乏对两种关系特征如何同时影响企业创新绩效的对比。针对这一局限,探讨两种关系特征对企业创新绩效的影响,以及企业地理区域对主效应的调节机制。基于中国医药制造行业52家上市公司2007—2020年273个研发联盟样本进行实证分析,结果表明多伙伴平均关系强度的增加阻碍了企业创新绩效,而关系强度离散程度的增加促进了企业创新绩效;企业地理区域由东部向西部负向调节平均关系强度对企业创新绩效的作用,正向影响关系强度离散对企业创新绩效的作用。
In recent years,scholars have identified two relationship characteristics,the average relationship strength and the relationship strength dispersion of the R&D cooperation between enterprises and multi-partners;but there is no comparison of how the two relationship characteristics affect the innovation performance of enterprises at the same time.Aiming at this limitation,this paper discusses the influence of two relational characteristics on enterprise innovation performance,and the moderating mechanism of enterprise geographic region on the main effect.Based on the empirical analysis of 273 R&D alliance samples of 52 listed companies in China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry from 2007 to 2020,the results show that the increase of the average relationship strength of multiple partners hinders the innovation performance of enterprises,while the increase of the degree of dispersion of relationship strength promotes the innovation performance of enterprises;from east to west,enterprise geographic region negatively adjusts the effect of average relationship strength on enterprise innovation performance,and positively affects the effect of relationship strength dispersion on enterprise innovation performance.
