智能制造系统的投入产出双爆炸效应分析

摘要 针对日益迫近的智能制造发展需求,运用投入产出分析工具,构建智能制造系统的成本函数和生产函数,分解、剖析智能制造系统的投入产出膨胀特征;对比智能制造系统和传统制造系统的投入产出差异,揭示智能制造系统的投入产出双爆炸效应。基于投入产出双爆炸效应,提出智能制造系统的公共化建造与使用策略,运用具体案例进行验证分析,以推动智能制造系统加速进入实用阶段。 In view of the increasingly imminent development needs of intelligent manufacturing,this research uses the input-output analysis tool to construct the cost function and production function of the intelligent manufacturing system to decompose and analyze the input-output expansion characteristics of the intelligent manufacturing system;it also compares the input-output difference between the intelligent manufacturing system and the traditional manufacturing system,and reveals the double-explosion effect of the input-output of the intelligent manufacturing system.Based on the double-explosion effect of input and output,the public construction and application strategy of intelligent manufacturing system is proposed.Specific cases are used for verification and analysis to accelerate the intelligent manufacturing systems into the practical application stage.
