摘要
针对日益增长的地面作业需求与作业指挥间的矛盾,结合贵州省实际情况,开发建成基于SWAN的基层人工影响综合业务系统,并对该系统的核心业务功能进行简要介绍。应用结果表明:贵州省基层人工影响综合业务系统的开发建成,改进了数据传输方式,精简了信息传输步骤,降低了中间过程的时延,提高了数据应用的效率。系统形成贯穿精细化预报数据获取、产品加工、应用服务各环节的集约、高效的信息流程,强化省级的指导作用,市县级配合预警指挥,由炮站具体实施,建设并完善具有贵州省特色的省-市-县-炮站四级人工影响天气业务技术体系,基于集约化的数据环境,建成一体化的人工影响天气综合业务平台,实现了业务平台、软件资源的高效利用和集中管理。
In view of the contradiction between the increasing demand for ground operation and operation command,we took the actual situation of Guizhou Province into consideration,developed the integrated business system of grassroots artificial weather based on SWAN and briefly introduced the core functions of the system.The application results show that the system improves the data transmission mode,simplifies the steps of information transmission,reduces the delay of intermediate process,and enhances the efficiency of data application.It formed an intensive and efficient information process throughout the fine forecast data acquisition,product processing,and application service.The system strengthened the guidance function of the provincial level,and cooperated with the early warning command of the city and county level.It was implemented by the gun station to build and improve the province-city-county-the gun station four-level artificial weather business technology system with the characteristics of Guizhou Province.Based on the intensive data environment,we built the integrated business system of grassroots artificial weather,which realized the efficient use and centralized management of business platform and software resources.
