毛德西运用天麻钩藤六叶汤治疗高血压经验

Experience by MAO Dexi in Treating Hypertension with Tianma Gouteng Liuye Decoction(天麻钩藤六叶汤)

毛德西教授本着“继承不离古,发扬不离宗”的原则,经过长期临床实践,并结合药物性味、功效自拟天麻钩藤六叶汤。临床治疗上以脉证合参、辨证用药为原则,以降低血压、改善临床症状为目标。从高血压病因病机、天麻钩藤六叶汤方义解析及临床应用阐述毛教授以天麻钩藤六叶汤治疗肝阳上亢型高血压经验。

Following the principle of“inheriting from the ancients and developing based on the origin”,based on the properties,flavors and functions of Chinese medicinals,Professor MAO Dexi invented Tianma Gouteng Liuye Decoction(天麻钩藤六叶汤)through a long-term clinical practice.In clinic,this formula follows the principle of combing pulse and syndrome and medication based on syndrome differentiation,and aims at reducing blood pressure and improving clinical symptoms.In this paper,experience by Professor MAO in treating hypertension of ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang with Tianma Gouteng Liuye Decoction were expounded through elucidating the disease cause and mechanism and the gist of Tianma Gouteng Liuye decoction as well as its clinical application.
