郭志华运用温疫经典名方治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎经验

Experience by GUO Zhihua on Treating COVID-19 with Classical Formulas for Pestilence

新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)归属于中医学疫病范畴,传染性极强。郭志华教授对湖南怀化40例新冠肺炎患者进行了中西医结合辨证论治。基于中医温病理论,认为新冠肺炎病位主要在肺,多累及脾胃,少数逆传心包;初期主要表现为邪犯肺卫,中期分为邪伏膜原、邪热壅肺、肺热脾湿,危重期分为邪毒闭肺及阴竭阳脱,恢复期则是气阴亏虚。并举3例医案对其辨证论治思维进行分析。

COVID-19 with high contagiousness pertains to the category of pestilence of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Forty patients with COVID-19 in Huaihua City of Hunan Province were treated by Professor GUO Zhihua through TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment integrated with western medicine.Based on the warm disease theory of TCM,Prof.GUO holds that the disease location of COVID-19 is mainly in the lungs,usually involving the spleen and stomach,and even reversely attacking pericardium.In the early stage,the main manifestation is evil qi invading lungs;in the middle stage,there are evil qi invading membrane source,evil heat congesting lungs,and lung heat combined with spleen dampness;in the acute and severe stage,there are evil toxin blocking lungs and depletion of yin with yang collapse;in the recovery stage,there is deficiency of qi and yin.There are 3 cases cited to analyze the thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment.
