陈文霞运用消瘰丸联合鼻腔冲洗治疗腺样体肥大经验

Experience by CHEN Wenxia on Treating Adenoid Hypertrophy Using

基于陈文霞教授“从鼻论治”治疗疾病的观点,分析了腺样体肥大的病因病机,指出痰、瘀贯穿腺样体肥大的始末,临床治疗以消、清法为主,结合外感内伤,辨证施治。总结了陈文霞教授运用消瘰丸加减联合鼻腔冲洗治疗腺样体肥大的学术思想及临床经验,以期为临床治疗腺样体肥大提供临床思路。

Based on the view of Professor CHEN Wenxia“treating diseases from the nose”,the disease cause and mechanism of adenoid hypertrophy was analyzed.It is pointed out that phlegm and blood stasis are always presented from the beginning to the end of adenoid hypertrophy,and therefore the clinical treatment mainly involves eliminating and clearing.Treatment should be differentiated based on external and internal diseases.The academic thought and clinical experience by Professor CHEN Wenxia using modified Xiaoluo Pill(消瘰丸)combined with nasal irrigation to treat adenoid hypertrophy were summarized,so as to provide a clinical paradigm for treating adenoid hypertrophy.
